- Returns & Replacements
- We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We don't want you to have anything from ShellStone Inc., which is not completely satisfactory. If you find your order is damaged upon delivery, please notify us at contact@shellstoneinc.com immediately, and we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. Original packing and contents are necessary for us to process the damage claim. Returns must be done within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund. We cannot honor returns without a receipt. The returnee will pay return shipping unless item is defective and then we will refund the shipping cost to you in the form of a refund. There will be 10% restocking charge on returns made at the customer’s discretion not on returns of defective merchandise.
